The hotel is clean, with helpful personal, and offers unbeatable location near to the shopping street Adalbertstrasse, shopping areas and old town.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

Continental breakfast, fresh food, delightful staff. Exceptionally comfortable, unique rooms and luxurious bathrooms. I was surprised by the absolutely fabulous lake view. Remote location, it was in a peaceful area.

Bedrooms were comfortable, staff was funny! Top location to a tree-filled park. The staff did all they can for an excellent stay. Convenient place with first-class service too.

The breakfast definitely has to be included in the price of the room.

Location and staff - all was perfect. Aachen Mitte is a district that deserves exploring. Breakfast is available for EUR 17 per person. We liked this place.

Tourist destinations like elisenbrunnen were next to the hotel. It was decidedly an incredible base for a family. Favourable location, justified prices for what you get...
